We are currently seeking a dedicated Cocktail Server to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by serving beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner. The Cocktail Server will greet casino guests warmly, take beverage orders with attention to detail, and ensure that all drinks are prepared according to the specific recipes and presentation guidelines of the resort. This includes knowledge of various cocktail ingredients such as grenadine, bitters, and other drink additives.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. The role demands familiarity with a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and wine selections to provide knowledgeable recommendations tailored to guest preferences. Working in a fast-paced casino environment, the server must monitor guests’ alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the well-being of both guests and staff. Regular attendance at training sessions and meetings is required to stay updated on company policies and procedures. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with the lounge’s operational needs.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar guest-facing role preferred
- Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages in your location
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet casino guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming atmosphere and establishing positive rapport
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently ensuring that guest preferences and special requests are noted and adhered to
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring proper specs and garnishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines including grenadine bitters and other drink additives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the casino's drink menu including cocktails beer wine and non-alcoholic options and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and behavior adhering to responsible service guidelines and promptly notifying management of any concerns
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Maintain a clean and organized section free from empty glasses and trash
- Collaborate with other members including bartenders servers and casino staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
- Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff
- Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay updated on casino policies procedures and regulations
- Participate in promotional events and special activities promoting casino offerings and enhancing the overall guest experience
- Perform temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities as assigned or modified
