We are currently seeking a dedicated Cocktail Server to join our vibrant team. This role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills and product knowledge in wines, beers, and cocktails to provide guests with an exceptional drinking experience. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, communicating drink specials clearly, and answering any questions about available beverages. Your main focus will be on serving a wide variety of alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering strictly to our service policies, and ensuring guests enjoy their drinks in a safe and timely manner.

This position is a tipped role, meaning that while the hourly minimum wage salary is set, additional earnings can be made through gratuities. The Cocktail Server will also be responsible for entering drink orders accurately into our point-of-sale system, picking up orders from the bar, and delivering them promptly to guests. You will maintain constant engagement with guests to observe their needs and provide additional service as required, thereby enhancing their overall dining experience. Handling guest checks, processing payments, and directing guests to the cashier when necessary are also key responsibilities.

In addition to serving duties, this position involves performing essential opening, closing, and side work tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas. Physical stamina is important as the role requires constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds. Visual and auditory acuity are also needed to efficiently take orders and manage transactions.
