The Beverage/Cocktail Server role at TradeWinds Island Resort is a part-time hourly position focused on delivering exceptional guest service by providing timely and courteous beverage service. This role requires attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction remains the top priority. The Beverage Server is responsible for promoting specials and upselling beverages while adhering strictly to state liquor laws and resort standards. This role includes welcoming guests, taking and processing drink orders, assisting bartenders during busy periods, maintaining cleanliness of the lounge area, and processing payments through credit cards or room charges. The server is expected to participate fully in opening and closing procedures, including side work and cash handling responsibilities.
