Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as standard drink preparation techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- must be of legal drinking age and hold necessary permits
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide them with cocktail menu offerings
- Take drink orders accurately and promptly deliver beverages to guests
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients, as well as the ability to suggest pairings and promote special cocktails
- Prepare and serve cocktails, ensuring the quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and serving station
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash, process payments, and adhere to all credit card and cash handling procedures
