Currently, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Cocktail Servers. This is a day shift position, focused on delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive beverage service to guests. The role is vital in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and pleasurable experience while visiting the bars and lounges. Cocktail Servers are responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining knowledge of beverage offerings, and adhering to all legal and company policies regarding alcohol service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high standards of appearance and professionalism. In addition to taking and delivering orders promptly, the Cocktail Server must monitor guest behavior for signs of intoxication, ensure proper identification checks, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This position also involves physical tasks such as carrying trays, standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds, making physical fitness and stamina important qualities for success in the role.
