Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a cocktail server in a high-energy environment
strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
knowledge and compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
