Job Duties

Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house team
Supervise the quality of food
Marinate and bread chicken
Ensure proper inspection of chicken
Follow recipes accurately
Ensure restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
Follow chicken forecast protocol
Filter oil to maintain quality standards
Keep all equipment completely clean
Maintain general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils
Follow and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
