The General Manager position at Wingstop in Colorado Springs, CO, is a full-time, hourly role with a pay range of $15.16 to $19.16 per hour. This role is pivotal for driving the overall success of the restaurant, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that both financial and operational goals are met. The General Manager leads by example, managing a team with a strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, training, and accountability. This includes recruiting and hiring staff, developing team skills, and maintaining a positive, high-performance work environment. The General Manager is also responsible for managing all facets of restaurant operations, such as ensuring food quality, maintaining sanitation standards, controlling food costs, and ensuring exceptional guest service. They supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coordinate scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels, and uphold brand standards consistently.

Job Duties

  • Lead, develop, and manage restaurant team members including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations such as staffing, scheduling, food quality, and service execution
  • Actively support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage financial performance including sales, labor, and food cost control
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and improve performance
  • Perform or oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control processes
  • Maintain an active leadership presence and foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
