Based in the central location of Nashville, Tennessee, the Sports Illustrated Resorts division within Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking to hire a CMP Assistant Manager to support the Community Marketing Program (CMP) team. This full-time marketing management role is pivotal in driving daily operations, productivity, and overall performance of the CMP team. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the CMP Manager to recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Community Marketing Agents, ensuring the achievement of tour generation, guest engagement, and marketing production goals. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate records such as tour manifests and invitations, managing marketing inventories, and resolving booking-related issues. Additionally, the role requires stepping in as Manager-on-Duty in the CMP Manager’s absence and supporting special events, sponsorship activations, and other marketing initiatives. This position demands strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferences for those holding an associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, sports management, or related fields. A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, hospitality, tourism, sports marketing, or customer acquisition is required, with previous supervisory or leadership experience considered a strong advantage.
