Job Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of food service experience
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
- Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work event-based hours
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Develop and complete premium dining solutions to meet customers needs
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
- Facilitate the delivery of prepared food
- Provide creative solutions to clients needs
- Train and lead premium employees to ensure food service and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
- Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
- Responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
- Ensure accurate reporting of all club related revenue, expenses, and receivables
- Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
