Job Requirements

  • Requires at least 2 years of food service experience
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, premium and catering preferred
  • Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Available to work event-based hours
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Must complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Develop and complete premium dining solutions to meet customers needs
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food
  • Provide creative solutions to clients needs
  • Train and lead premium employees to ensure food service and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
  • Responsible for delivering food and labor targets
  • Responsible for execution of stadium events of varied size and scope including staffing and management
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all club related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, schedule and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
