At Little Caesars Arena, Delaware North serves as the exclusive food, beverage, and retail provider. This state-of-the-art venue hosts over 20,000 guests for NHL Detroit Red Wings hockey games, NBA Detroit Pistons basketball games, concerts, and other large-scale events. Delaware North’s role at the arena includes operating a variety of concessions, premium dining areas, exclusive club spaces, loge boxes, and suites, offering guests diverse and elevated dining experiences. The Club Supervisor position is a seasonal role integral to the smooth operation of hospitality services inside the arena. Club Supervisors are responsible for leading teams of associates, ensuring that food service and hospitality operations run efficiently and effectively during busy game days and events. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leadership responsibilities, and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Club Supervisor will oversee all event setups, maintain high standards for food presentation, enforce responsible alcohol service policies, and manage sanitation and safety practices to comply with department of health guidelines.
Successful Club Supervisors at Delaware North demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff. They are proactive problem-solvers who can address guest complaints professionally and efficiently, collaborating with department managers as needed. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during all events hosted by the Red Wings, Pistons, and concerts. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing and walking for entire shifts and lifting items up to 35 pounds.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of service experience in hospitality industry
- good leadership and training skills
- ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks
- good communication skills
- ability to effectively communicate with guests
- retain and communicate menu information and service preferences
- basic math skills
- ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
Job Duties
- Train and supervise associates and observe job performance
- ensure associates properly set up events for guests
- conduct walk-through to check for any issues
- ensure all food presentations and displays meet company standards
- ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations
- ensure staff adherence to company policies for alcohol
- resolve guest complaints with assistance of department manager
- ensure all workstations, pantries, and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- ensure replacement stock is ordered
- ensure all sanitation practices are used
- ensure Department of Health guidelines are followed
