Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Control seating availability in the club lounge
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of bar area, furniture, and tables
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and provisions
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • wash dishes and kitchen utensils
  • complete opening and closing tasks
  • secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document relevant departmental information
  • manage extra food requests and communicate special needs to kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • protect company proprietary information and assets
  • greet and recognize guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and meet guest service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
  • support positive work relationships and team goals
  • adhere to quality assurance standards
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for long periods
  • carry out additional reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
