Job Duties

  • Control seat availability in the club lounge
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bar, furniture, and instruments
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • replenish ice, glassware, and supplies
  • wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document departmental information accurately
  • anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • comply with company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • greet guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities and express genuine appreciation
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • handle telephone and document preparation according to protocol
  • foster positive working relationships and support team goals
  • adhere to quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, push, or carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • remain on feet or seated for prolonged periods
