The Club Concessions Manager plays a vital leadership role within Aramark, overseeing all aspects of the club concessions operation. This includes managing inventory, staffing, customer service, and financial performance to maximize revenue and profitability. The role requires someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing successful concessions operations. The manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience while ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and services.

In this dynamic role, you will hire, train, schedule, and manage a team to create a fully staffed and well-trained concessions operation. You will establish and enforce policies and procedures covering sanitation, safety, and security, maintaining compliance with food service and alcohol regulations. Your responsibilities extend to managing financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring that the operation remains profitable and well within financial goals. Coordination with other departments such as event planning, marketing, and facilities management is crucial to ensuring smooth and successful operations during events. You will also foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, assist the catering team with premium catering events, and deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events, including facilitating food delivery and event setup. This role demands adaptability, as job duties may evolve based on business needs, and flexibility to work event-based hours is essential. Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in events, hospitality, concessions, or catering preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Availability to work event-based hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Requires at least 2 years of experience
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, concessions, and catering preferred
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Available to work event-based hours
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of the club concessions operation
  • Ensure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products
  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measures
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol service
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate operations, such as event planning, marketing, and facilities management
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
  • Assist the catering team, oversee premium catering events
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
  • Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
  • Assist in executing catering events on non-game days, as assigned by Director
