The position also demands creation of safety management plans and conducting rigorous safety reviews of clinical study documents such as protocols, study reports, and marketing applications. The role requires a deep understanding of clinical research, pharmacovigilance standards, and project management skills to effectively support and drive safety initiatives.

This position is office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility after initial training, reflecting Medpace's commitment to balancing a productive work environment with employee flexibility. Candidates joining Medpace benefit from a modern corporate campus with amenities including multiple dining options, free on-site parking, and access to 24-7 fitness and wellness facilities. Medpace offers a rewarding compensation and benefits package alongside opportunities for continuous professional development, including industry-renowned onboarding and training programs, mentorship, clear career advancement paths, and a culture that encourages creative thinking and influence.
