The Clinical Nurse Specialist role within the Interventional Radiology department at HCA HealthONE Swedish presents an exceptional opportunity for experienced nursing professionals passionate about advancing their clinical expertise while delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires advanced knowledge and proficiency in critical care, specifically within ICU and Interventional Radiology settings, supported by certifications such as ACLS and PALS. Nurses in this role engage in complex clinical problem-solving, organization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Scheduled shifts range between 8 to 10 hours, supplemented with on-call duties approximately eight shifts per month, ensuring continuous patient care support. Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a certified School of Nursing
  • Minimum one year of IR nursing experience preferred
  • Possess ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Demonstrate critical care and ICU experience
  • Verification of competencies in relative procedures required
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts with on-call availability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
