The Technologist Trainee role in Dublin, OH, presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their careers in clinical laboratory science. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary, accommodating the demands of a clinical environment.

In this role, the technologist trainee will be responsible for determining the acceptability of specimens based on established criteria, performing both routine and complex technical procedures, and operating laboratory instrumentation with diligence and precision. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical decision-making to maintain the accuracy and reliability of test results that directly influence patient care.
