The role being offered is a full-time leadership position that plays a vital part in the daily oversight and management of laboratory operations within the facility. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for supervising the assigned section's daily activities, ensuring that staffing, procedural adherence, policies, and quality improvement initiatives are executed effectively. This Laboratory Manager role is integral to ensuring that standards of care at CHRISTUS Health are consistent with the organization's mission and meet all regulatory requirements. The position supports the hospital’s strategic vision by promoting continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and high service standards, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
