The Clinical Concierge MA/LVN position at Executive Direct Collin (location number 18107), situated in Allen, TX, represents a unique opportunity to work within a specialized clinic that blends primary care with executive health physicals. This role is full-time, offering a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinic caters to executives needing comprehensive exams and also serves concierge medicine patients, providing a high-touch, personalized healthcare experience. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery, acting as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
In the role of Clinical Concierge MA/LVN, you will bring your clinical skills, professionalism, and compassionate approach to help patients navigate their healthcare visits efficiently and comfortably. Responsibilities include conducting patient intakes, performing vital signs and diagnostic procedures such as EKGs and phlebotomy, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining precise and organized medical records using electronic health record systems like Epic. Expertise in medical terminology, urgent care procedures, and the ability to manage patient privacy and safety according to established protocols are essential. In addition, the role demands excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidates must hold relevant certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials recognized by the State of Texas and possess BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification current within two years. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare facility involving electronic health records and phlebotomy procedures is also required. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant education program or vocational nurse program
- Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse credential recognized by the State of Texas
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification maintained every 2 years
- At least 2 years clinical healthcare experience including electronic health record use and phlebotomy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform EKGs, blood draws, and injections as needed
- Proficiency with computer systems and software including Epic
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Good judgment and organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and urgent care specialty
- Exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Ability to manage patient privacy and safety according to protocol
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Behave in a professional and empathetic manner to build trust, comfort, understanding, and relationships with consumers and secondary guests in line with consumer and guest service standards
- Welcome the consumer and secondary guests to the center with eye contact, smile, greeting, and personal introduction and inquire about the purpose and nature of the visit
- Collect identification and payor related documentation, conduct consumer registration, and perform point of service collection
- Measure and collect consumer data including temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, respirations, blood pressure, drug allergies, height, and weight
- Conduct hearing and vision screenings
- Communicate the data and results to the consumer
- Document all data accurately into the consumer medical record
- Collect and document in the consumer medical record consumer reason for visit and chief complaint, allergies, health history, and current medications for review by provider
- Complete, when appropriate, standard operating procedures to optimize consumer comfort and through-put
- Escalate non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the practice manager or healthcare provider(s)
- Provide for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
- Organize, schedule, complete, and communicate primary care, specialist and ancillary referrals to consumers
- Maintain care supplies and medications and quality checks throughout the clinic
- Prepare, clean and sterilize instruments and maintain equipment, disposing of contaminated items according to protocol
- Keep patient exam rooms stocked, clean and orderly
