Job Duties
- act as one of the primary points of contact for our clients and team of chefs
- work closely with the other client success team members and chefs to ensure strong internal communication
- harness the full power of hubspot to keep track of our client interactions, ensuring no customer query goes unanswered
- monitor, track, and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new clients and services
- manage client issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our offerings and the industry as a whole
- with scheduling, you'll be the traffic cop routing information to get everyone where they need to be when they need to be there
- conduct client consultation calls with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique needs and preferences
