Job Description

Evosus is a dynamic and growing software company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to delivering the leading business management software tailored for the Pool, Hot Tub, and Hearth industries. With a strong reputation built over years of service, Evosus has helped businesses streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through innovative cloud-based solutions. As a company, Evosus prides itself on building modern, scalable technology that not only meets but anticipates the evolving needs of its industries. Employees at Evosus work in a collaborative, professional office environment with a hybrid work option that balances in-office and remote work to foster productivity and work-life balance.

The role of the Client Onboarding Specialist at Evosus is a vital position focused on providing an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients of the software platform. This full-time position, based at the corporate headquarters with hybrid work flexibility, involves guiding clients through the entire implementation journey — from post-sale handoff to the moment clients go live on the platform. The Client Onboarding Specialist acts as both a project manager and a product expert, managing multiple complex client implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a client-focused approach.

The Specialist serves as a critical liaison between clients and internal Evosus teams, ensuring alignment between the software capabilities and the clients' real-world business needs. This includes leading system setup, conducting training sessions, and maintaining clear communication regarding project milestones and timelines. The position requires a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating risks, exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, and strong communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

A typical day involves designing tailored implementation plans, coordinating resources, conducting client check-ins, and supporting clients in adopting operational best practices using LOU, Evosus's software platform. The Specialist also ensures smooth transitions by providing seamless handoffs to the Software Support team once implementations are complete. Occasional travel is required to support client needs, with approximately 1-2 trips per year.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $28.85 based on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive suite of benefits that promote health, wellness, and financial security. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, full employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, and a vibrant workplace culture featuring things like coffee and snacks, potlucks, wellness reimbursements, and affirmations. Evosus values adaptability and professionalism in its employees, making this role well suited for someone eager to grow their expertise in client-facing technology roles within specialized retail and service industries. Overall, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, and facilitating successful software adoption for clients while contributing to the growth and innovation of a leading industry software provider.
