We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Client Service Specialist to join our busy office team. This role is ideal for an outgoing, friendly office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in customer communication. The Client Service Specialist will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions from the initial point of contact through the completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating the work of our skilled Service Professionals, managing customer expectations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Mr. Handyman way. This ensures consistency in service quality and high customer satisfaction levels.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be based at our Scottsdale Air Park office and will work Monday through Friday. Key performance indicators include quality of work, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Personnel in this role are expected to demonstrate professionalism on the phone, resolve customer issues effectively, and contribute positively to the overall team atmosphere.

While experience with specific customer management software like Service Titan is not required, it is considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary to ensure smooth operational flow.
