The role of Client Concierge at It’s A Secret Med Spa is essential in maintaining the exceptional service standards that the company promises its clients. Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience of at least one year
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic
- Strong ethical foundation and sound judgment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in med spa or medical office preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties
- Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone
- Providing basic knowledge and education about services
