Job Description
Brightway Insurance, established in 2008, has quickly become one of the largest privately-owned property and casualty insurance distribution companies in the United States. With over 350 agencies spread across 38 states and more than $1.4 billion in annual premiums, Brightway Insurance stands out due to its unique franchise model. This model allows agents to specialize in sales while the corporate office handles back-office operations such as carrier relations, licensing, and marketing support. The company prides itself on fostering strong agent-client relationships and delivering top-tier service to its customers. As a company committed to growth and excellence, Brightway Insurance is an ideal workplace for driven individuals looking to make a significant impact in the insurance industry.
The role of Client Concierge at Brightway Insurance is vital to maintaining the company’s reputation for exceptional service and client satisfaction. As the first point of contact for clients, whether in person, over the phone, via email, or through live chat, the Client Concierge plays a crucial role in creating positive initial impressions and ensuring clients receive timely support regarding insurance products and services. This position requires a blend of customer service expertise, administrative capability, and knowledge of insurance processes. The Client Concierge works closely with the sales team to understand individual client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Responsibilities include assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims while maintaining organized client records and managing the scheduling operations that facilitate smooth agency functions.
In this dynamic and interactive role, the Client Concierge also follows up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their service and encourages continued business through policy renewals and referrals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is essential to effectively handle documentation and client data. While previous experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative roles is preferred, Brightway Insurance welcomes motivated individuals willing to learn and grow. Possession of or willingness to obtain a 4-40 Customer Representative license is a plus, reinforcing the company’s commitment to professional development and industry standards.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to grow your career in the thriving insurance sector and be part of a respected and expanding agency. Brightway Insurance values ambition, reliability, and a customer-first attitude, making the Client Concierge role an excellent stepping stone for individuals aiming to advance their expertise in insurance and client management. If you seek a career that combines client interaction with administrative responsibility in a supportive and successful agency, Brightway Insurance invites you to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
