We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Class B Delivery Truck Driver to join our team in a local delivery role. The role involves transporting and delivering pre-loaded food products to restaurants and retail outlets within the New Bedford area. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with routes starting at 4:00 AM and lasting anywhere from 10 to 13 hours on average. Drivers will be able to maintain a stable work-life balance by being home daily with opportunities to work overtime as needed.

This full-time role pays $26.00 per hour with overtime pay applicable after 40 hours per week. Drivers typically work 50-55 hours weekly, yielding an average weekly pay of $1400 to $1600 including overtime. Responsibilities include making between 5 to 13 delivery stops daily based on route requirements, unloading freight using various tools such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and liftgates, and sometimes manually handling items for deliveries that include difficult areas like basement or upstairs locations.

Candidates in this role will represent our company at each customer location by providing excellent customer service and ensuring safe, timely deliveries.
