The Class A Lead Support Driver role at Denali is a full-time, salaried position based in the Cincinnati, OH, Dayton, OH, and Louisville, KY areas. This position plays a key operational role in Denali’s mission by leading the support driving team in the collection and transportation of organic materials. The ideal candidate will have a Class A commercial driver’s license and will take the lead in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery and pick-up of organic waste products to various processing sites. This role offers competitive weekly pay and includes an annual retention bonus of $1,000. Additionally, the company promotes a culture of safety through its PEAKS Safety Program, which features a quarterly regional raffle with a $1,000 prize. Candidates selected for this role will be essential in helping Denali maintain the highest standards of safety and operational excellence while supporting the company’s environmentally friendly initiatives.

Job Requirements

- valid class a commercial driver’s license
- minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
- ability to operate heavy vehicles safely
- knowledge of DOT regulations
- reliable and punctual
- capacity to work flexible hours
