Job Description

CPC Logistics, Inc. is a leading logistics and transportation company specializing in efficient and reliable freight delivery services. Based in Braintree, Massachusetts, CPC Logistics offers comprehensive transportation solutions to meet the needs of a wide variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and distribution. The company has built a strong reputation for its commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being, emphasizing a supportive and inclusive work environment. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, CPC Logistics values diversity and strives to create a workplace where all employees are respected and given equal opportunities to succeed.

Currently, CPC Logistics is seeking experienced and dependable CDL A Local Truck Drivers to join their home daily operation in Braintree, MA. This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage of $31.50 per hour with overtime pay available after 40 hours of work each week. Drivers will typically start their shifts between 5:00 am and 9:00 am, working a Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.

The Local Truck Driver role at CPC Logistics involves operating tractor-trailer trucks primarily within local routes, delivering palletized goods to various retail stores. One of the key aspects of this position includes the use of pallet jacks, as deliveries are mostly pallet jack deliveries. This means drivers will handle the secure transport and efficient offloading of goods without the need for complex loading equipment, making the process streamlined and less cumbersome. The routes are designed to allow drivers to return home every day, which helps promote employee satisfaction and reduces the stress typically associated with long-haul drives.

CPC Logistics emphasizes safety and compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, requiring that every driver maintain a valid Class A CDL license and have a minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Additionally, applicants are expected to demonstrate a stable work history within the past three years, underscoring the importance of reliability and professionalism in this role. The company supports driver health and well-being by offering voluntary medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits after 90 days of employment, alongside a 401k retirement plan to support long-term financial security.

Working with CPC Logistics means joining a team that values your time, integrity, and dedication. Drivers benefit from weekly compensation, predictable schedules, and the chance to grow within a reputable and growing company. CPC Logistics' commitment to diversity in the workplace ensures a welcoming atmosphere for all employees. If you are a motivated CDL A driver looking for consistent work with a supportive employer, this position in Braintree, MA, offers a great opportunity to advance your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. For additional details, candidates are encouraged to contact Hunter at the provided phone number, ensuring a smooth application process and personalized communication.
