This position invites skilled and motivated individuals to join the Sygma Oklahoma team as Delivery Drivers. The role is centered around the safe and efficient transportation of food products from warehouse facilities to various customers using tractor-trailers. Delivery Drivers at Sygma Oklahoma are responsible for managing 2-3 delivery routes per week, typically returning each route within 36 hours, and benefit from an excellent compensation package with an average annual salary ranging from $82,000 to $85,000 and potential earnings exceeding $125,000. This full-time role includes paid training, the use of well-maintained automatic vehicles, and a variety of attractive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plans, and a company stock purchase plan.

The Delivery Driver's duties encompass unloading products by hand or with mechanical aids, ensuring proper delivery according to customer specifications, completing required documentation and compliance forms, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree
  • 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred
  • completion of a tractor trailer driving school accepted
  • ability to read and speak English sufficiently
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • must be insurable to operate a vehicle
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds with hand cart
  • ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree
  • completion of tractor trailer driving school accepted
  • ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat guidelines
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to operate 3 axle tractor, 45-48 foot trailer, straight truck and related equipment

Job Duties

  • Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart down ramps, stairs or docks according to customer specifications
  • complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and timely including DOT logs, vehicle maintenance reports, and invoices
  • maintain food safety protocols ensuring proper temperatures, product inspection, and sanitary conditions
  • develop positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication
  • assist with warehouse and yard sanitation efforts
  • drive tractor trailer safely, adhering to company and governmental regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
