Job Description
Tri-National is a leading door-to-door transportation service provider specializing in freight movement across the Midwest, extending from Mexico through southwest Texas, up to Detroit and into Canada. Renowned for its commitment to safety, superior service, and driver satisfaction, Tri-National has earned a significant reputation within the trucking industry. With a fleet of modern 2022-2025 Volvo trucks equipped with the latest safety and comfort features, the company ensures its drivers operate in the best conditions. Tri-National uniquely champions diversity, especially supporting women in transportation and has been recognized for eight consecutive years as a top company for women in the trucking sector.
Tri-National is currently seeking Class A CDL Solo and Team OTR drivers who are looking for lucrative pay and a company that values their work-life balance. This full-time role offers earnings up to $1800 weekly, translating to an annual salary range from $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The drivers will benefit from repetitive lane runs avoiding the East and West Coast, which promotes a more predictable and balanced schedule. Drivers can also anticipate unlimited home time—the most generous in the industry—helping maintain family and personal life commitments while focusing on their career.
As a driver with Tri-National, you will enjoy numerous financial incentives, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and a $12,500 sign-on bonus for team drivers, monthly safety bonuses, and up to $3,500 in referral bonuses with no cap on the number of drivers referred. The company pays for practical miles, pays weekly via direct deposit, and covers tolls and scales, ensuring drivers are compensated fully for their efforts. Their fleet consists of 53' dry vans, and 90% of the freight handled is no-touch, with convenient drop and hook procedures, minimizing physical labor and maximizing efficiency.
Additional benefits include comprehensive family health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and yearly paid vacations. Other perks such as paid orientation, a passenger ride-along program, safety equipment, and a 24/7 dispatch support team further enrich the drivers’ experience. The use of Omnitracs systems and electronic logs (e-logs) supports streamlined regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
This employment opportunity with Tri-National is a chance to join a company that values its workforce, encourages career advancement, and promotes a diverse and supportive workplace culture. If you are a professional Class A CDL driver with a minimum of 24 months recent verifiable OTR experience, now is the time to apply and take advantage of the unmatched benefits and pay structure offered by this premier transportation provider.
