Job Description

The work schedule follows a rotational format of six days on followed by three days off, providing employees with extended rest periods between work cycles.

The role of the CDL A Driver is central to the company’s operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance. This involves checking fluids, inspecting trucks, trailers, and specialized Prop X boxes visually before startup. The driver must maintain all mandated Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork and ensure adherence to all DOT regulations and road safety rules. Additionally, the driver will be trained to haul and handle Prop X boxes, including loading and unloading procedures, which are critical for the company’s logistics flow.

Candidates will operate various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts and different truck models, demonstrating proficiency in maneuvering materials safely and efficiently. Basic maintenance tasks on trucks, trailers, and Prop X boxes such as minor repairs and upkeep also fall under the job’s responsibilities, ensuring the company’s assets remain in optimal condition.

Those applying should be prepared to work both day and night shifts as needed and meet the qualifications of holding a valid Class A CDL license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in the last two years without restrictions.
