This position offers a competitive wage range of $71,000 to $76,000 annually, including base pay, component pay, and overtime, coupled with a sought-after 4-day workweek from Tuesday through Friday. The Delivery Driver role at Core-Mark is vital to the food supply chain, functioning as the front line in delivering crucial food and food service products safely and efficiently. The driver is mandated to comply fully with Department of Transportation regulations and Core-Mark’s safety guidelines, routinely performing pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on vehicles and trailers to guarantee operational safety and adherence to company standards. Every task is executed with safety, professionalism, and compliance in mind—from securing freight to managing delivery documentation and handling customer transactions.

Beyond merely transporting goods, drivers actively participate in logistical checks such as product counts, damage control, loading and unloading duties, and securing equipment and freight. The role requires proficient use of tools like two-wheelers and lift gates to manage freight cases that vary significantly in weight and size, ensuring efficiency and minimizing risk of injury. Drivers must maintain accurate records of hours driven as per DOT standards and perform general maintenance housekeeping tasks within their vehicle and loading areas.
