This opportunity at Full Scale Logistics is for experienced refrigerated (reefer) drivers to join their nationwide over-the-road (OTR) operations. The position is full-time and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment. Drivers will benefit from performance bonuses including safety, inspection, and referral bonuses, along with a fuel card that eliminates out-of-pocket fuel expenses.

The role requires drivers to transport temperature-sensitive freight across varied routes nationwide, maintaining stringent temperature controls and ensuring timely deliveries. Drivers will operate 2024 or newer automatic Mack and Kenworth trucks equipped with advanced driver comforts for an improved driving experience. The company offers dedicated dispatchers who coordinate schedules to fit drivers’ needs, helping them maintain an ideal balance between work and home time.
