Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience recommending and referring products and services
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs to develop relationships
- Problem-solving skills

- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of link receipt
