Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Duties

Greet and assist customers with ticket purchases and seat selection
Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of theatre auditoriums and common areas
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
Assist in concession stand operations including food preparation and inventory management
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Support team members and management with daily operational tasks
