The Chief Maintenance Manager must demonstrate flexibility by being available to respond to after-hours emergency calls and work during nights, weekends, and holidays as required. With a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining 5 Senses’ status as a leader in the hospitality industry. The emphasis on clean, secure, and functionally sound facilities ensures that each guest enjoys a flawless stay, while team members benefit from a well-maintained and safe environment.
