The Chief Engineer II role at Macy's is a critical position focused primarily on HVAC systems maintenance and oversight. This role requires extensive travel to Macy's stores located in Washington, Oregon, Boise, and Bozeman, making it essential for candidates to be flexible and mobile. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking abilities, and effective communication to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
