Concord Hospitality is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Chief Engineer to lead the property engineering team at one of their hotels. This full-time leadership position is crucial in maintaining the safety, functionality, and quality of the hotel’s infrastructure and systems. Scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 1, this role offers a competitive salary range of $72,187 to $85,722. As Chief Engineer, the successful candidate will oversee all maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide strategic team leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for managing the maintenance of diverse hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. They will also be charged with inventory control, procurement, budgeting for the engineering department, and meeting annual inspections and certifications standards.
