Calibrate Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to float between our 1819 W Division, 1879 N Milwaukee, and 2500 N Clybourn communities. In this role, you will be a hands-on professional committed to ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our apartment complex. Working closely with the maintenance supervisor, this role tackles a diverse range of tasks from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, all while upholding a high standard of safety and resident satisfaction.
