Starting at $11.85 per hour, this Server position is a vital part of HMSHost's dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility of the Server is to take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, deliver these orders promptly, and ensure the dining area maintains a welcoming and clean environment. Servers are expected to maintain a keen awareness of guest needs, providing attentive service from the moment guests are seated until they depart. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and coworkers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Additionally, the Server coordinates closely with kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of meals while adhering to all HMSHost policies regarding customer service, cash handling, and responsible alcohol service.
