One of the company’s premier opportunities is the role of Chef/Kitchen Manager at the exclusive Delta Sky Club located at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). This private airport lounge offers a dedicated space where travelers can relax, refresh, and recharge before continuing their journeys. The Chef/Kitchen Manager will play a vital role in upholding the exceptional culinary experience that defines this luxury lounge. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this position demands an individual with strong culinary supervisory skills and a passion for hands-on food production.

The role requires overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including purchasing, menu and recipe compliance, inventory management, and food production forecasting. This hands-on leadership position involves supervising large-scale batch cooking and ensuring that all food preparation meets Sodexo’s high culinary standards, including recipe adherence and food quality assurance.
