Job Description

Cozymeal is a premier platform and one of the world’s leading culinary experience providers, connecting food enthusiasts with professional chefs and culinary instructors in more than 120 cities worldwide. Known for offering exceptional epicurean experiences, Cozymeal has carved a niche in the culinary industry by specializing in cooking classes, corporate team building events, private chef services, food tours, mixology classes, wine tastings, and unique culinary products such as cookware and step-by-step recipe videos. Their platform enjoys wide recognition, supporting both consumers and top-tier companies, and has been featured in notable publications like the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, and Thrillist. Cozymeal’s mission is to unite talented chefs and culinary educators with passionate learners, creating meaningful, engaging experiences that celebrate the art of cooking and the joy of discovering new flavors and techniques.

This role is for a Culinary Instructor based in Dallas, TX who will be part of the vibrant Cozymeal network. As a Culinary Instructor with Cozymeal, you will have the unique opportunity to teach cooking classes designed around your personal passion for specific cuisines and cooking styles. You will craft your own menus, ensuring that every lesson focuses on the dishes you love to create, thereby enriching the learning experience for your students.

Cozymeal streamlines marketing, booking, and customer service logistics, freeing you to focus solely on instructing and expanding your culinary teaching business. You get to be your own boss, setting your own schedule to work anywhere from 5 hours a week as a part-time instructor up to 40 hours a week for those seeking a full-time commitment. The platform provides the tools and support to reach new customers and build your culinary brand without the typical constraints of traditional restaurant employment.

The compensation potential is attractive, with earnings of up to $12,000 per month or more depending on your class offerings and schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals looking to transition out of traditional kitchens and into entrepreneurial chef education roles. You will benefit from a flexible working environment where your culinary creativity and teaching skills are paramount.

In addition to competitive income potential, the job offers the chance to connect with a dynamic community of food lovers and fellow culinary educators. Your role is integral in delivering high-quality culinary education experiences that inspire, engage, and delight guests. Whether teaching intimate private classes or larger group sessions, you will represent the Cozymeal brand by fostering a professional yet warm and engaging atmosphere.

To qualify, candidates need a professional culinary background and must be based in Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates also have experience hosting cooking classes and possess a culinary venue where experiences can be hosted—be it a residential kitchen, restaurant, or commercial cooking space. A broad culinary repertoire capable of covering diverse cuisines will enhance your profile and ability to attract a wider range of students.

Overall, joining Cozymeal as a Culinary Instructor offers a unique blend of financial potential, creative freedom, and flexible scheduling in the exciting field of culinary education. This position is perfect for chefs who want to share their culinary expertise, influence aspiring cooks, and enjoy the benefits of being their own boss in a professional, supportive environment.
