We are a small, private dining hall dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. Serving daily lunch and dinner to a modest group of 15 to 25 clients, we pride ourselves on cultivating an excellent work environment enriched by a team of highly experienced staff members. Our establishment operates from Tuesday to Friday between 10:30 am and 7 pm, with additional hours on Saturdays from 1 pm to 7 pm. Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of culinary experience
Familiar with food safety standards
Ability to multitask cooking and preparing menu items
Ability to take direction
Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking recipes
Excellent oral communication skills

Job Duties

We serve 15- 25 daily for lunch and dinner
Must have the ability to do large amounts of prep on a daily bases with crew members
Knowledge of soups, sauces, salads & basic desserts
Basic meat and fish fabrication
Prep, cook and serve meals according to recipes and clients needs
Work with the Chef to manage all aspics of the kitchen production
Ability to delegate basic work duties to other staff members when the chef is not on site
Follow all Board of Health regulations regarding food and facility during the entirety of your shift
