  • previous kitchen management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong physical stamina
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning and organizing kitchen work
  • direct the work of kitchen employees
  • float between banquet and outlet food preparation areas
  • ensure superior food quality and consistency
  • manage daily kitchen operations in the absence of Executive Chef or Sous Chef
  • monitor food and labor costs
  • help create and implement menu and production changes
