Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook Thai dishes according to recipes and Lead Chef direction
  • Perform early prep of sauces, soups, roasts, and other menu items
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Assist with training kitchen staff and supporting team operations
  • Help develop new menu items and specials
  • Monitor inventory and check quality of ingredients and supplies
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Keep kitchen clean, organized, and safe
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
