Job Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience
- Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Job Duties
- Ensure all dining spaces are cleaned and sanitized by removing used glassware and returning it to the bar, restocking and inventory management when applicable
- Support servers in preparing the dining area and table sets, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages and bussing tables
- Work with colleagues, including kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Follow health and safety regulations, and ensure proper presentation and quality standards
- Communicate with guests, respond to customer requests and complaints to assure service excellence
- Answer questions, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests
- Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment, provide feedback to supervisors
