The company values its employees and offers a range of competitive wages, benefits, and perks such as Instapay via the One @Work app. Beyond the professional development and career growth opportunities, associates benefit from a supportive and inclusive workplace that embraces diversity. The university dining services team is committed to delivering exceptional service and culinary excellence, making this a rewarding environment for those dedicated to the art and science of food preparation and hospitality.

This role involves cooking and preparing food in accordance with strict recipes and production standards, supervising hourly associates, maintaining food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards, and interacting with customers to resolve complaints professionally. You will also manage scheduling, interviewing, training, and payroll for hourly associates, ensuring a cohesive and efficient kitchen staff. The position demands attention to quality control, proper food handling, and compliance with health regulations, which are essential in a university food service environment.

By joining this team, you will contribute directly to the dining experience of thousands on campus, ensuring that every meal served meets the high expectations of quality and safety.
