  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Responsible for proper preparation, excellence of product, profit, and labor cost
  • Organize and help in the service of all activities concerning ala carte, employee meals, and private dining rooms
  • Ensure consistent preparation and presentation based on overall standards including portion size and quality
  • Train, supervise, direct, and performance manage employees when needed
  • Prepare work schedules for the kitchen crew and monitor payroll costs and Kronos reports
  • Collaborate in menu development for ala carte and banquet menus and special member requests
  • Expedite during meal periods ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Interact professionally with members and guests to accommodate changes and last-minute requests
