Valid Health Sanitation Card
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

Job Duties

Responsible for proper preparation, excellence of product, profit, and labor cost
Organize and help in the service of all activities concerning ala carte, employee meals, and private dining rooms
Ensure consistent preparation and presentation based on overall standards including portion size and quality
Train, supervise, direct, and performance manage employees when needed
Prepare work schedules for the kitchen crew and monitor payroll costs and Kronos reports
Collaborate in menu development for ala carte and banquet menus and special member requests
Expedite during meal periods ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation
Interact professionally with members and guests to accommodate changes and last-minute requests
