Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • hands-on chef experience required
  • extensive catering experience required
  • knowledge of food and catering trends
  • experience with high volume batch cooking and complex food service operations
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • computer skills including MS Office and Excel
  • associate degree in culinary arts preferred

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, health care, or related food service operations
  • hands-on chef experience
  • extensive catering experience
  • experience with high volume batch cooking and complex food service operations
  • knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • computer skills including MS Office and Excel
  • associate degree in culinary arts preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide frontline culinary resources and support
  • assist with food cost control, menu planning, and purchasing
  • ensure food quality guidelines are followed
  • assist with planning and creating menus
  • produce and execute catering events
  • roll out new culinary programs with CulinArt Group marketing and culinary teams
  • assist with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • perform other duties as assigned
