Job Description

The restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Culinary Supervisor to oversee the culinary operations in the specified outlet, maintaining high standards of service and quality. The ideal candidate will ensure proper food production, adherence to sanitation policies, and efficient kitchen operations to deliver excellent customer satisfaction in a regulated business environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage or related field preferred
  • 5 years of restaurant industry experience including 2-3 years in supervisory roles
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to uphold integrity standards in all situations
  • Must obtain Missouri Gaming License and pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of data entry and kitchen/restaurant sanitation
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends
