The Chef Manager role at Flik Hospitality Group is a pivotal culinary leadership position focused on enhancing athlete health and performance through nutrition. By crafting nutrient-dense, balanced meals and snacks specifically tailored for players and coaches, the Chef Manager directly contributes to optimizing physical outcomes on and off the field. This role demands expert culinary oversight, as the Chef Manager is responsible for leading the culinary performance staff, managing food procurement and inventory, overseeing budgeting and menu planning, and maintaining adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
